Clayton House

This 1920’s Mediterranean style home received a major remodel including a large family room/gallery addition, new powder room, new laundry, enlarged attached garage and new detached garage. An existing courtyard, fountain and garden wall were renovated to complement homeowners’ new landscaping. This remodel included extensive stone and tile work, custom milwork and Venetian plaster. In previous years Landmark Builders had enlarged and completely remodeled the kitchen and three other baths.

Extreme Makeover Home Edition

Landmark Builders was recently involved in ABC television’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition that will air nationally in November 2008. The Landmark team donated 250 hours of carpentry labor to help tear down an existing house and build a new 2500 square foot home for the Martinez family in Shrewsbury. Dan Reigel, one of our project managers was an on site foreman for this project which was completed in five days by over 1000 hard working volunteers.
