When we had four bathrooms demolished and rebuilt by Landmark Builders we realized why several neighbors had enthusiastically recommended this business. Landmark’s highly skilled workers and excellent materials, arrived promptly, and took care to keep construction debris away from the rest of the house. The entire renovation was smoothly organized by Jim Duncan, who first paid careful attention to our needs and preferences and then constantly kept us informed with clear, timely communication. We were delighted with our new bathrooms, which functioned perfectly and were even more attractive than we had expected they would be. When friends and relatives visited, they reacted to the bathrooms with exclamations such as “This is a show stopper!” “This is lie a spa!” and “I feel as if I”m saying in a luxury hotel!” Given our positive experience with this bathroom renovation, we have continued to rely on Landmark Builders whenever we have work done on our house, and they have assisted us with replacing windows and kitchen flooring, renovating a third-floor bedroom and screen porch, and transforming the landscaping and hardscaping of our back yard.
